Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ragmetrics.ai ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our SaaS platform ("Platform") for preparing evaluations, running evaluations, and measuring the results of evaluations of the quality of conversational AI systems. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• "User": Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Evaluation": The process of assessing the quality of conversational AI responses.
• "Content": Any data, information, text, graphics, or other materials submitted, posted, or displayed by Users on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Platform, you are required to use an account created on Ragmetrics.ai. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Use is limited to companies operating in the United States. You agree not to:



• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Platform for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Ragmetrics.ai, a Ragmetrics.ai employee, another User, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm Ragmetrics.ai or Users of the Platform or expose them to liability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ragmetrics.ai, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:



• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
• If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features

7. Privacy and Confidentiality of Evaluations

We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality in the evaluation process. Therefore, we ensure that:



• Confidentiality of Results: All evaluations and their results are securely stored and are accessible only to users within the same organization as the evaluation creator. No external users or entities will have access to these results without explicit permission from the evaluation creator.
• Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your evaluation data. This includes encryption, secure access controls, and regular security audits

8. Use of Evaluation Results

The results generated from evaluations on our Platform include online charts and graphs, as well as downloadable reports. These results are provided to the evaluation creator for their use, which may include but is not limited to:


• Improvement of AI Chat Tools: Utilizing the evaluation results to enhance and improve the performance and quality of AI chat tools.
• Marketing and Promotional Content: Using the evaluation results to create marketing materials that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the AI chat tools.
• Venture Funding and Business Development: Incorporating the evaluation results into presentations and documents for venture funding, business development, and other strategic initiatives.
• By using our Platform, you agree to use the evaluation results responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
